I can not program the CD player on my R-92. I get a ER-19 message. The CD player works. Any ideas?

Hi Butch,

Error 19 is a Keyboard number 6 switch error (the computer thinks the switch is always closed.

Check the switch, display board, loom. The fault could be in the CCC.

Did you put it in service, and type '777' ? I would load the factory defaults and start over. We replaced alot of cartridges over the years.
