RCA Victor - a little advice please

I was wondering if anyone could give me some info/advice/help on this beauty I picked up at an antique dealer the other day.

As far as I know for info it is an RCA Victor - V LT 72 W

About it: It looks great, sounds pretty good as well. The phonograph originally played just fine, but when I moved it home I started running into some trouble. Now it runs pretty slow. I have to wiggle the rpm handle to get it to play somewhat correctly. The rpm switch also seems pretty stiff, but that may be normal. I wanted to check out the band and see if that might be stiff or something. I am not quite sure how to even get this machine apart though.

I am not sure how to get my photos uploaded to here so I put them on flickr, sorry if that bothers you.

Read my post in your other thread.
I'm sure the motor mounts are shot by now, along with the other rubber parts.
They dryrot over the decades.
Have it serviced.
