Yep--the diodes are both there--no telling what happened--just guessing, that an "alternate" production person wired that section on the day that mech was made ? Perhaps this person had done the earlier versions, and did not either "get the memo", or did not read it completely ? ( I know it was written, as I have seen it !)
Consulting my "Seeburg Mechanism Guide", the SPS-160 model should have a "160ST25" model mechanism in it. This was marked on a "sticker" placed either on or near the clutch area, rear, or side--but they tend to fall off--the marking you photo'ed is on the TMU, which is not considered part of "the mechanism", but part of the "selection system".
If you wish to change the wiring to the latest type ( I see no real need to do so), separate the power going to the lamps, and solder the wire to the "non-fused" side. Seeburg did this only so the lamps would not 'go out" if the pop meter "blew the fuse".
