ROWE R88

Power on and the record carousel keeps turning and won't stop . Let's start there ?

Hi Ken,

Not much information there.

When the mechanism is spinning around is the Index LED on the mechanism flashing? at position 99 does the Home LED light?
Have you checked the mechanical operation of of the Sprag Assembly?

Please answer the above questions and we can take it from there.

Hi Alan . The index led does not light . The home led blinks when it passes 99 . Not sure where the sprang ass. Is . If its the solenoid under the caro. Motor , it looks and moves fine by hand .
I have resoldered the plug pins on the computer and mech boards

Hi Ken,
OK if the LED ainna flickering, it either has a "dirty" sensor, or the sensor is defective ( or someone has installed the wrong one ?), or the mech control is faulty. Remove/ clean, re-adjust the sensor as per the manual, to start-- Ron Rich

OK . That was to easy . Cleaning did it . Now onto the rest but it play good now . Thanks !
