w2304s c/b stop magnets in pinbank

hi every one , im having selection issues . when i make a selection any selection only the A pin will fire on pinbank . the driver solenoid and stop magnets dont do any thing no movement at all . i know when a, A selection is made there is no circuit made to those parts thats normal . i have the manual and have looked at the schematic but its not 100% clear to me , my question is when i press B,C OR D selection does that send power to the stop magnets and driver solenoid , what im trying to do is check out why those componets are not getting power . what would be the easeist way to do this . thank you
