Ebay deal is going south

Anyone ever deal with Ebay user "shane103195"?
I belive the same company also goes by "stephanie" something.
They're in Elizabethtown Pa.
I ordered a key pad off of him and it arrived in-op.
It's been about 3 months now, and when I do get a reply to my emails I get
a bunch of empty promises. Looks like I'll be filing a complaint with Ebay, and Paypal
Be very careful if you're considering sending your money to them.

Update: The company name is S and J Discount Electronics. The former Ebay seller was stephaniew8761.
Anyone know if they've recently had a change of ownership or anything like that?
