rowe cd 51

hello I have recently acquired a rowe CD 51 jukebox.I make a selection and the cd only plays for about 15 seconds then returns to the slot. any thoughts on what I could do to fix that issue also there is no sound

First thought is it's not playing for the 15 seconds. Since you have no sound it's probably not reading the CD. It's trying, but not doing it. Have you initialized the CDs that are in the Jukebox? Did all of them initialize? What lights do you have on the CCC and the MCC? Do you have the manuals for the jukebox? What version chip is in the CCC? What player is installed in the jukebox? I find that the CD boxes are easy to work on, but you first need to read the manuals. The entire process is easily explained in the book. Once you understand the process it goes through, the easier it will be for you to understand what you need to do. Then we can get it up and running for you.

I'm assuming you have all three red LEDs lit on the power supply?

Warning--
Just because you have all three LED's lit, do not ASSUME that these voltages are correct !!
A meter MUST be used to check them !!
