MRA5-L6 capacitor voltage

The schematic lists capacitors C34, C35, C36, C37 each at 1000 volt ceramic caps. Can these be substituted with caps rated at 500 volts, or should 1000 v. be used? I realize that cap voltages should not be decreased, but 500 volt caps were provided in the kit. Was the original 1000 volt value listed on the parts list "overkill"?

IMHO--if they installed 1000v caps, that's what is required ! You need to bring this up with whomever "supplied"
