With the wallbox, it has five terminals for speaker and speaker control connections: Blue, Red, Slt, Orange, and Brown. When I power up the wallbox, I can't seem to get sound out of either of the wallboxes, and I can't seem to find the information on the wallbox manual. It basically says to line up the colors of the wires from the jukebox rear panel, but the colors on the r-86 don't match up exactly.
I've actually tested the speakers directly, connecting them to the jukebox wallbox speaker outlets, after wiring them to the amp. I'm just wondering if my K3 relays are burnt out or if the 5th wire (assuming the 4th wire is a 2nd negative for the other speaker) has something to do with it getting no signal.

The color of the wire is not important, its what the terminals are.(if you didn't know that)Do you actually have the speaker signal from the juke going to the speakers of the wallette? Check those relays, you can pull them out , pop the top, and clean the teminals.

OK I'll take out the K3 relays and clean them up.
The 'colors' I was referring to are written on the insulator/cardstock of the wallbox, and according to the manual, the colors should have lined up with the same colors on the rear access panel of the jukeboxes (terminals 1-12) that used the wallbox.
The 'Slate' color is on the 'speakers and speaker controls' section of the insulator, but nothing is labeled what it actually is, and I don't have jukebox manuals for all of the older jukeboxes the wallbox was made for to figure out what terminal #9 (slate) on the rear access door was.

Red+/blue- appears to be one speaker, while orange+ and brown- appears to be the other speaker... but then there's a 'slate' connection (apparently #9 on the rear access door of: jal, jel, jbm, jan, jao, mm series, cmm-1. and cd-ii) that I have no idea what it is.. cleaned the relays and still no go. Both of them looked pretty much brand new anyway.
I can always direct-connect the speakers, but using the low/med/high volume buttons would be nice. Maybe I can take my meter and figure out how to bypass the relay.

Neither relay would kick on, for whatever reason... So, I just modified one of them, instead of modifying the wallbox itself. Clipped the power wires, took out the spring and copper connectors, unsoldered the wires from the copper connectors and soldered them back to the relay so that the speakers would not only be in the always-on position but also for the volume controls to work. Direct-connecting the wallbox output from the jukebox to the speakers was an option, but the volume controls would not have worked.
Problem solved

Hello gang I just purchased a R86 which is in need of new foam seals and was wondering what I could use to replace the deteriorated ones. Or is there an outlet to purchase these from. Also can I clean the pins and plugs using electronic contact cleaner? Thanks in advance.

Welcome,
If you are speaking about the foam seals around doors, and glass, it's a "Hardware Store item".
Open, or closed cell weatherstripping, of the correct size and thickness, is mostly all that was used.

Thanks Ron Rich, those are the foam seals I was talking about, however I noticed some are 1/2" thick and I'm not sure that can be bought in a hardware store. I will check the local True Value though. Do you have any idea if using electronic tuner cleaner would be alright to use as a cleaner for the plugs and pins throughout the sound system?

I would not use anything that leaves a residue on the plugs--those "flat style" A-MP pins can be removed from the plugs, cleaned/reformed and re-installed. I use a plastic safe safety solvent, or 91 % rubbing alcohol, on a "Q tip" to clean them. Ron Rich
