Bargains and Lemons on UK eBay

by DoghouseRiley » Wed Dec 02, 2009 6:10 pm

Someone sniped this with seconds to go.

I've seen them go for well over £2,000 and not in as good condition.

Two bidders got into a ****ing contest over this and the winner paid at least £400 more than it was worth.

I don't mind if you don't like my manners, I don't like them myself, they're pretty bad, I grieve over them on long winter evenings.

Hi,

That's how it always goes with Ebay and at this time of the year it's anyones guess what items will sell for.
Have you seen the Rock Ola Empress 120, very tidy, currently over £2000 with 3 days to go.
Regards.

Yes I've seen that, 11 bidders and some seem serious, so I think it'll go for a great deal more. Well out of my league even at this price.
I've been looking at a very tidy 442, but this has jumped today after a couple of days of inactivity from £310 to £410, with three serious bidders. One went recently for over £800.
There's an even tidier NSM Prestige ES160 offered by the same vendor, currently at £460.
