1990 Rowe cd 100 not playing cd

will load cd after selection then spin slow and fast slow and fast then reject (8-10 sec) then will load same cd again and do the xact same thing.
please help

Which CD player is this unit equipped with ?
Have you cleaned the lens, CORRECTLY, for the model CD player you have--if so, it's most likely a failing CD player.

I agree. Probably the player is failing.
