1960 Wurlitzer jukebox price check

by Kmk68sin » Wed Apr 15, 2015 8:23 am

I know someone with a 1960 Wurlitzer jukebox with 200 selections who is considering selling it. It turns on, the lights all work but when you make a selection nothing happens. Cosmetically it looks to be in pretty good shape. I'm thinking about purchasing it but I'm not sure how much to offer.

What is the price for a working vs non working one go for?

Thanks for your help.
Jukeboxes owned: 1955 AMI G-120, 1993 AMI/Rowe CD Jukebox

Hi,
You have not provided enough information for anyone to answer your questions.
Most of the time, unless checked, most people are unaware of the "year" the phono was produced. The EXACT model number must be determined by looking at the ID tag on the rear, outside of the cabinet, the checking it with a reliable source ( stamann@jukebox-world.de "Tom's list"-"pinball rebel").
After that--it's "condition, condition, condition" that determines the value !
Also, you indicate that in fact, you "can make a selection"--how are you determining this ?
