Ron you are so right . I want to apologize for trying to jump ahead and I don't want to waste anybody's time and I do appreciate your help so much . I've slowed down and have done more looking around for clues and a lot of reading the manual. And you are right about the latch solenoid they had cut it but they did a good job of hiding it. They had taped the red wires and looped them down like they where hooked up behind the metal shield. That's one thing done. So I did what you said and looked in the APU. Done a inspection and from what I can tell the only thing I can find missing is the subtract pawl. But I remembered the man I bought it from gave me the bag of keys and it was in there. It had tape around it olding a small spring to it. But the manual don't show a spring hooked to it. So I tried it both ways without the spring it wouldn't subtract just slide on the subtract pawl stop and would hit the credit wheel but wouldn't move it. So I saw the hole on the pawl so I hooked the spring in it and found the nearest place to hook it and it was on the detent lever I have added a picture and it will now subtract but I put three quarters in and made a selection and it takes off all the credits? Not sure if the spring is right. Like I said the manual don't show it. I'm going to test the power supply tomorrow. Like I said thank you so much. Terry
