Please Help - RCA Victor VHT48e

Hello everyone,
I am writing as someone in need of help. I recently came into possession of an old RCA Victor VHT-48E - Serial #65125632. I have been flying all around Google and have not been able to find ANY information on this radio. I can't mind a user manual, repair directions, value, etc. The system is in GREAT shape and simply needs a few cosmetic updates as well as a good cleaning.
