OK--I no idea what you re calling "a fuse box"--Yes, the Amp in this model is located on the RH bottom, cabinet wall, and was equipped with a GMQ 8/10 amp fuse, which is a special, red, "twist cap". From what you are now saying, I assume that the problem is mechanical. A lack of, or improper lubrication, will cause this to happen. Find any Seeburg manual, and locate the (detent) release lever. Lifting the lever should cause the mechanism to enter the play mode--at which time, if you are lucky you can use the reject button (marked as so on the service switch assembly) to reject the record, and maybe work all right till such a time that it jams again--or it may not----.
