If you join up to a place like "Imageshack" you can download the px and post them here. Its free to join, and comes in handy
Personally, I've never heard of a Duo-dynamic, but a picture might help us recognise the machine, which could have been released elsewhere under a different brand name. If your in the US, there were hundreds of different brands over there, (as in other countries too) particularly during the 1920s, so it could be one of the "Off-brand" companies. Different parts and styles can also help loosely date a machine too.
Then again, the next guy that posts, could have the full history of the company, photos of every model and original news paper ads! You never can tell
