What Plugs Into J511 TSU3 AY160

I got my juke together, but noticed that J511 on the TSU3 has nothing plugged into it.
It is a 3 prong socket.

What should plug into this?

On the "Y's", Egg-zact-ley what's there--nothing (used for small incandescent lighting on some models).
