Help identifying Colombia Grafonola

I was hoping someone could help me identify a certain type of Colombia Grafonola.

That's a bit of a puzzler. Looking over the Columbia Phonograph Companion, Vol. II, by Robert Baumbach, it seems to be very similar in style to the (Late) Nonpariel, which dates from 1911, as well as it's successor, the 150, from 1915. The corner carvings are a bit different, though, and unlike the Nonpariel and 150, there is no carved decoration in the center section of the lid.

Also of similar design is the larger model 200. The eBay seller, unfortunately, did not supply the cabinet dimensions, so there's no way to telling which model comes closest.

I've looked over the online ads--searching Google Books, and archived newspapers ( http://news.google.com/newspapers )-- to check for ads, but wasn't able to spot anything that looked identical.
