Parts for Fairy Phonograph Lamp

Hello,
I am new to this forum. I am hoping, against hope, that somebody, somewhere would have some parts for a Fairy Phonograph lamp. I am needing the switch set-up. It is a very unique switch. I will have to try and have one custom made by somebody if I cannot find a replacement. Any and all help or idea's would be greatly appreciated. I was lucky enough to find and purchase this phono, and it works, but it needs a switch.

Thanks for the reply. I will try and post some pictures on Friday. It means I have to take apart the lamp. But I need to anyway!
