The Filter Choke on the amplifier is overheating and melting the wax on it . I can not literally touch the metal bracket ( too hot) after playing only 3 records(45). Do I have to get a replacement ( new filter choke) or is there any alternatives.
I appreciate any help I can get.Does anyone knows the values like henrys, resistance , etc. There is none stamped on the body . only part nos.305205-1 and 412549
Thanks so much

Is the filter capacitor connected to this choke bad?
