Speaker repair

I recently bought a speaker for an AMI on eBay, and it arrived with a few cracks in the cone. It looked fine in the pictures, so I'm guessing that the cracks occurred during shipping. How do you recommend that I repair the cracks? I'm attaching a picture that shows some of the cracks, but there are about 6 cracks total.
Thanks!
Scott

Until about 15 years ago I used Pliobond, when I ran out that I used a bit of Elmers on most tears and patches.
The bigger issue I can see in that pic is that the cone appears bleached and very dried out. The best solution in these cases is a recone.
Some in this thread have other methods (that I have not tried):

Thanks Rob. I will give Elmers a try as I figure I can't make it worse. If it turns out it is too brittle, I'll just have it reconed.
