I'm refurbishing the hf100r. there are some staples holding on the back top part. do you know how to remove them - do i have to drill them out? Also i'm trying to get the "boomerangs" rechromed, do i have to take of the gold roll cover (inside behind the record rack) in order to remove the boomerangs? Do i have to remove the many fasteners around the gold roll cover to get to the boomerang screws? the fasteners are covered by plastic type tops, how do i get them off?

Thanks

Mike

Since I do not do cabinets, I don't know --but the plastic rivets are covered in the Service Manual or Installation & Operation Manual--the rest may also be covered, in the manuals----Ron Rich
