Brunswick tone arm base and speed control

Howdy, to put my Brunswick 207 "right", I'm looking for a couple of items:

A nickel plated/silver colored tone arm base.

Speed control parts, again nickel plated/silver. Mine has an old repair where it links to the long arm that goes to the governor, and it works backwards. Turning towards "fast" make it slower and vice-versa. I think some parts under the motor board have been changed, and the speed control indicator arrow is missing.
