M100A Cartridge

Hi Everyone. Desperado looking for a cartridge fro my newly acquired M100A. I understand these are rare and scarce but also wondering if anyone has fabricated a replacement that works.
Hoping someone can help. Ive tried all the usual suspects even Staman but no luck.
