Hello everyone- I was just wanting to possibly get some information on a console unit I brought home from my parents basement.
Any info would be appreciated.
Also need some suggestions on where to find replacement parts, schematics, possible manual, etc.
Thanks
Jon

Still in the process of getting it cleaned up. Unfortunately my Dad had a workshop in the basement along with this unit. None the less, she ain't a beauty but it does have some sentimental value so I am interested in trying to restore it as much as possible.

Sounds like a late 60's/early 70's model.

You"ll want to restore it all the way. If the cartridge head is broken off it will need relpaced. The record changer will need rebuilt and the amplifier as well. Parts can be had on ebay if you are patient. Capacitors can be bought online, BUT you need to know how to do the rebuilds and therein lies the rub. If you want to learn this may be too big a project. If you can afford it, take it to a service tech. These things sound great when done right. There are prodedures outlined on the web for this. look for "how to recap amplifiers".
