Has anyone had any experience with JukeboxUSA? I tried to fax in an order today, but the fax machine number rang forever and never connected. I fired off an email as well, but no response as of yet.

I have done business with Patrick and met him at the Chicagoland show as well. He is honorable and a good person to do business with. If you call their number normallly Mary will answer and would most likey be able to answer your questions as well as help you place your order.

Jim,
As I do no "cosmetic work", I have purchased very little from them. I can attest to the fact that they are easy/fair to work with, as long as you look up their catalog part number (for Mary--

--Patrick, will know what you want ). I also find that their "exact replacement parts" are just that--exactly, as were the originals, in every case, that I ordered them-- I appreciate this immensely !!
As to why you can't contact them ??

Hi,
I sent Patrick an email about one week ago and received a reply the next day.
I always find him very responsive and provides clear answers.
He may be on holiday.
