CD Title Card Identification?

I recently bought a CD jukebox and it has title cards on it that I like but don't recognize. Is anyone familiar with these cards and who makes the software to make them? Thanks.

You could print them off using Excel, for nothing!

It seems that Excel is how those are made. They used the CD number in each selection instead of just putting down the track numbers. So I believe they are homemade.

If you want a commercial product that also acts as a sortable database for your CD's and searches the internet for the CD's songs so you do not have to type them in manually, you may want to consider low Profile Software. They have a demo that you can download and try before you buy. They also have a program for vinyl titile strips,
