Wurlitzer Model 412 instructions window

I am looking for a reproduction source or some high res photos of the little 3x4 or so window to the left of the multi-selector on the front. There are two panes of glass that leads me to believe there was paper sandwiched between the glass panes. I have viewed as many pictures as I could find online and some appear to be paper, and others look like the glass itself is stenciled. I have also seen some in black and white and some had a small amount of color.

This is not a museum quality restoration so I could even print out the instructions if I had an idea of what they are actually supposed to look like.
