RCA Victor "Slide-O-Matic" Attachment

I have a promotional record on RCA Vctor trumpeting the praises of the "Slide-O-Matic" attachment and I'd like to know what they're talking about...also the approximate date that it came out so I can accurately date the record.

Heres a couple links to some info on the slide-o-matic. It appears to be a slot loading 45 player. It seems to have been introduced in 1955.
