Phonoland

I have a rock-ola 448 and have a broken wire that has come off the selection print board,one side of the board has a plug in wire harness the other side has all wires soldered my problem is I cant tell what solder point it came off,the numbers are 22 thru 1 all have wires soldered on except 20 and 19 they are marked nc and 8and 9 also marked nc the wire that came off is from location 20 or 19 I suspect but not 100% sure??? can any one help me figure what point I solder it to I dont want to short anything out thanks bill
