New member here on Phonoland!

Hi Everybody & Happy New Year!
I'm new here in this great forum.

In dec 2014 I bought a Wurlitzer 2310S (1959).
The jukebox was more or less a wreck, ready to be sold in parts at Ebay.
My wife thought I was a real idiot when I was dragging the Wurlitzer in to my garage without no experience at all of jukeboxes.
A lot of parts was missing and some parts was faulty, there was rust everywhere and not to mention the thick layer of dirt/dust covering just everything.
I started to disassemble the jukebox in begining of jan 2015 part by part, everything must been cleaned, checked or rebuilded (if needed).
Now after I would guess 500 hours, I have started to assemble all the parts and off course there is a lot of adjusting and issues with parts that doesnt work.
I have learned a lot during this long journey but I need to learn even more to get this machine to work.
I hope that the forum members here can guide me in the right direction when I fumble in the dark!

I will not go in to my issues in this thread, this is just a short briefing of the past, more to come in new threads!

Here are some photos from the 2015

Thank you!

The toughest work is yet to come.......as the box doesnt play any records..........yet
I have to adjust everything, trace broken leaders, bad solderings & rewind bad coils/motors!

But I'm shure it will be no problem to track the issues one by one with a little help from you all here.

Regards/
Gunnar
