The good old PhonoLand Interactive Poll restored

I have decided to re-introduce the good old PhonoLand Interactive Poll. I am currently reprogramming the "old" poll to PHP (I wrote it years ago in Miva script but with the new website we switched to PHP), and when I'm finished, i'll place it online ASAP so you can start voting again.

For that reason I have closed the interactive poll forum category in the new forum. The one question listed there has been moved to the main collectors forum\ and can still be voted on (ofcourse).

I also removed the accessories categories from the phonographs and gramophones forums because there were no postings there.
