Frozen Potentiometer

My AMI B has a stuck "Gain" control. Won't turn at all. This is a 4-terminal type, which I have been told is no longer made. Does anyone know of a method to free it up without destroying it? Thanks!

I would spray some volume control cleaner into it.
I use Nu-Trol:
