New to me 1995 ROCK-OLA CD-8 BUBBLER (Black guts)

Hello Everyone!

I'm very excited! I just bought a 1995 ROCK-OLA CD8 Bubbler. It's in fine condition and looks, operates and sound great. According to the previous owner, it has very low mileage.

Hopefully I have the correct manual on the way from Victory Glass - but I'm over-anxious, so I'd like to ask a question or three please.

What's the fastest way to map CDs? How can I determine how many hours/songs it has on it??

I also hear a 'faint' hum/buzz between songs that will increase with volume. All ground connections are intact.

Is this stereo or mono? I have found that the equalizer's left side has no affect on sound - However, when I pull the left CD-IN cable the sub-woofer cuts out. That leads me to believe that the box is set up for left channel=sub woofer and right channel=all others!?!

The back indicates a 520 watt amp, but it actually has a smaller amp inside.

Is connecting external speakers as easy as it looks?

Many thanks,
Ponz
