NSM Slow Motor

Working on an NSM Prestige 160. Cleaned and lubricated the mechanism, works well except for low RPMs. Do I need to replace the motor or is there something I am missing? If it's the motor, suggestions for a source would be appreciated.

Ken, is that your way of saying yes, it's the motor and here is a source for parts?
