Here's how you can adjust the tone arm.
You may need to compromise as the amount of track-in space can vary on different records.
It only needs the slightest of movements to make quite a difference to where the tone arm sets down. If you alter it too much, you might find that you're happy with the ones that were starting a few seconds in, with a couple more, the stylus misses the record completely and you could damage the stylus.
Don't touch the height adjustment unless you have to, If it's too high it'll get jammed against the gripper arm.
