54385-2A Memory P. C. Board Assembly consisting of
54371-1 S-2 CPU P.C. Board
54386-2 S-2 Memory P. C. Board

Have you took a look at the "Used, new parts/"Books"/ Repairs--where to find" sticky topic at the top? There are a lot of good sources on there. Also, I've had a lot of luck on eBay.
