Derek,
Check with the Stamanns--they may have either/both in stock-- stamann@jukebox-world.de

Hello Derek,

Ron is correct Stanmann's may well be your best bet.
Is your jukebox listed on the www.bal-ami.com website? If not go onto the site and check on the "where are they now" section and check your serial number against the list. If it is not listed contact John with your number and he will include it.
The site offers the history of the Bal-Ami company etc, well worth a look.

Hi Derek,

Glad to hear that Hildegard & Oliver Stanmann sorted you out with the manual.
The serial number is normally on the back door, I think John at www.bal-ami.com can get information on the jukebox from the Mechanism serial number, if the serial number plate is still on the mechanism.

Hello Derek,

I am now on holiday for a week from tonight but if you send me some pictures of the parts you need I will see what I can come up with.

The picture looks very much like the USA F model. Do the motors for your machine use the same voltage as the USA machines?
If they do, I think I have a motor.
