Webster-Chicago Fonograph

I have in my possesion, as part of a family estate sale, a Webster-Chicago Fonograph M# 130-1. It runs on 78 speed, but not on 33 or 45. Maybe the switch. Case is exellent with a gold eagle on the top. Can't find anything on the Web about it. It belonged to my sister, who would drive us crazy playing it! As part of the estate it has to be sold. Any ideas on the value? Any info would help.
Thanks in advance.

As I recall, that model had two little rubber belts which transferred drive from the motor shaft (78 rpm drive) to the 33 and 45 drive spindles. Most likely they have crumbled to dust.
