Needle landing position

I acquired an NSM Concert 240 III recently - my second juke. It has good sound, and pulls the records properly. I have not had any luck finding a manual for it in the US, however. It has the ES4 tech.

My issue is this: When playing the left side of a record, the needle lands about 30 seconds into the record. When playing the right side of a record, the needle misses the outer edge of the record.

I'm flying blind with a manual. Can someone point me towards which adjustment(s) may need to be reset on this mechanism to find a happy medium?
