Now, Ron...
You know that the piano and organ are a a crucial part of my essence. The piano is 15 years old (barely played) in Mint condition, I purchased the organ back in 1978 from a rock band member, plus a new Yamaha to replace the first one I sold to the church. The piano may still be worth at least $30K in excellent condition. The organ may be less than $1K and Leslie, over $500. A new Leslie is about $2,500 (last time I checked).
If I start adding more Maggies, the place will look more like a showroom/warehouse than a home. It's time to scale down from all the recording equipment, PA systems, a gazillion speakers, mics & stands, equalizers, etc.
I've got some nice stuff, but most of it is going to the thrift stores/salvation army. I don't want to deal with folks on Craigs List, running to UPS, packaging stuff, paying big bucks for shipping, etc. I just wanna let it go. I didn't pay big bucks to begin with, and I'm not looking to sell anything for a profit right now. --BB
