value of an Admiral Stereo Console

by nibzsdad » Thu Sep 07, 2006 8:38 pm

i lost a Admiral Model No. 24A6A in a flood. my guess of the age is somewhere in the 50's or 60s. it had a phonograph and stereo FM and AM receiver. i've been searching the web for any sites that could give be a value of the console, but no luck.
any ideas where i can get a value to submit to my insurance company

the only thing i can think of would be to try and find a second hand shop that deals in retro type collectables(50s and 60s).your average antique/secondhand shop would probably put a very low value on it.
