NSM CD jukebox question, I've tried the search....

by mimms123 » Mon May 02, 2016 8:19 am

Newbie here! You guys are awesome! I've used this site for a few months now with getting my LPC-480 Seeburg working. It's perfect now after a cleaning and rebuild. I just picked up two Seeburg AY-160's....summer project.

Now for the question: Anyone know how to adjust the "light Barriers" on a NSM Silver City CD jukebox? I recently acquired one and the error messages say to adjust the light barriers. I don't even know what they look like. Help please! Thanks in advance!

Hi Patrick,

What error code is it displaying for the light barriers? I don't see this error listed. I have a Silver Sky, which I assume is similar. Though not always good to assume. The Silver Sky has what they call Light Organ/Generator. There are a couple of functions, one of which is the lights flashing to the music. The manual says the computer controls and can adjust all these function. HTH

Tinker,
When it comes to NSM, I would not assume two of the same model number, to be the same ! I know that there are at least two. different, "cheat sheets" for ES-5's, as I operated them --Ron Rich
