rowe ami r83 rustic

hi
i have a problem with my jukebox wall unit and hideaway on the wall unit it flashes F-2 and in the hideaway unit shows er 11 then flashes er 12 and goes back to er 11 again any help with this would be a blessing i live in the uk

Hi Dave,

On a R-83 based hidaway it shows no error messages. On the HML Hidaway jukebox based on the R-89 to R-92 jukebox it does report errors. The F2 message sounds like it is on a Hazel Grove Music Playmate Wallbox.

If you can give me the Rowe Ami part number on CCC outer case I can confirm the technolgy used.
I am now out of the office till Tuesday.
