External Speakers Rockola 461

by markymarkuk » Tue Oct 07, 2014 11:39 pm

Hi Guys,

How easy is it to connect an external pair of speakers to the Rockola 461? I have both the Manual and Parts books that talk about the strip of screw connectors behind the main mechanism, but it doesn't tell me where to screw the positive and negative speaker cables. I'm guessing any reasonable external speakers would do, and I'm guessing too that there's nothing special I need to do but screw the speaker wires to this back panel?

Am I on the right track!

thanks

Mark,
In order to do it, CORRECTLY, the book should give you "the rules"--type of speaker, impedance, and wattage requirements of the amplifier. These things differ between model phonographs. Ron Rich
