Moving a 55 Seeburg J

Hi,can someone tell me the diameter of the thumbscrews that hold down the mech. during transport.I know there 4-1/2 inch's long but what size.

Hi Homer,
--1/4x20--they are 2 & 1/4 inces long, on the threaded portion, before the stop washer is welded on--use two inch bolts/screws as a sub., if you do not have the originals---to use these, bolts/screws, you will need to slide the mech partly out, on that model phono--
