Price of play cards

Does anyone know of a way of getting "price of play" cards printed for particular currencies?

I'm trying to find something authentic looking for my Rockola 442.

I'm also missing the "integrated circuit" insert that goes below, I may just have to find a suitable font and print that myself. Anyone know of any identical fonts that can be used for this kind of thing?

Try posting a message on "Jukebox List" I wanted the Rock-Ola and RMC logos for the Rock-Ola clock I was making and someone in the USA kindly e-mailed photo copies of them, the same day would you believe?

When I got one of the last Rock-Ola record card inserts from Victory glass as mine had faded badly over the years, I made a photo copy of it which anyone is welcome to have a further copy e-mailed, I guess printed on the right paper it'd work OK.
