This is the first time I've been on this site. I have a new (3yrs. old), Rock-ola jukebox. For the first two years, it was played 14 hours a day, but all at once, it quit spinning the CD. I sent just the player down to California to the factory and the technician sent it back, saying that there was nothing wrong with the player. He did put a new harness on. We installed the player in, and have adjusted it. It played a few Cd's, then quit spinning again. It picks the cd up, puts it on and then the arm picks it back up and puts it in the magazine. We have adjusted it, taking great care to do it slowly, but it still won't play. I have tried to find someone to work on it for me, but have had no luck!! The people that I have talked to about it only will work on the vintage jukeboxes, not the computerized ones. I am at a lost at who I can find to look at this. I think that this is probably a message board for the vintages jukeboxes, but was hoping that somebody would have an idea on which direction I could go. Oh, we have the manuel and have tried every troubleshooting suggestion. Such as, making sure the lazer is clean, positioning the player, cleaning all of the cd's and adjusting the screw for the magnet. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks!
