Selection Buttons Not Working

Yesterday I installed a rebuilt stepper in my Seeburg DS100 and everthing worked fine, including making selections from a WOM.

Today I changed a few records and and pressed the selection buttons to listen to the new records. The selection light is lit, the buttons stayed down but the Select-O-Matic mechanism just sat there and did not scan to pick up the record?

When I turn the Jukebox off I can hear a snap as the buttons are released.

It appears that Item 27 on page 364 ("D" contact fails to close. (when Subtract Solenoid is energized) is the problem and if this is so how do I remedy this?

Darrell,
Check the jumper on the RCSU--it is located on the "plate" up top, near the edge, under the cover, on the LH side as you look at it from inside the door. It's brown wire, and a faded "silver push-on" contact. Just move it to the other post, and it should be "good to go". Ron Rich
