Record player needle

by recordguy » Fri Oct 28, 2011 11:36 pm

I have a G.E. Trimline Stereo 500. I cannot find a model number on it anywhere. I have been told there should be a paper tag with it on it but i can't even find where one might have been. The cartridge does not have any numbers or letters on it either but I would like to get a new needle for it. Any suggestions? Does this player have a common model number that I could use if someone could send me theirs?

If you detach the cartridge from its mounting bracket, there should hopefully be a number on the top surface, the part you can't see. --BB

Hey Record Guy,
You need a 510-DS77 or N74-SD.
